Optimizing Energy Sources and Uses

Now retired, Jane Hill worked in a variety of areas related to energy. Much of her work involved developing computer models for evaluating options to improve energy efficiency and economics--in particular options related to distributed generation. She was also involved in the development of some of the first demand response programs in the US, as well as the joint use of standby generators for backup power and load shedding.
